R6. Do I get an immediate confirmation if I register online?
Yes. If you do register online using Credit Card. you will get an automatic email confirming your registration with your Conference Registration ID. At this time you do not get an automatic email when you use Check.
R7. Is using Credit Card for online registration safe?
Yes. We use extremely secured 128 bit encryption technique to transmit sensitive information. You can see that our registration link changes to https:// as opposed to http:// when you go to online registration page. At this time no automatic email confirmation is sent by check method as we need to receive the check. Also you can see our Digital Certificate if you wish to do so in the page where you provide the Credit Card information.
R8. What are the different ways I can register?
Online registration using credit card (recommended) and online using check. Or you can mail a completed registration form with your check.
R9. I want to send the registration form by US mail. Where do I get a blank Registration form?

R10. What is the difference between Family and Family Plus Category?

Family : Couple with dependent children (max. up to 2) under age of 21; each additional member pays as Individual or Student.

Family Plus : Couple with more than two ( max. up to 4) dependent children under age of 21; each additional member pays as Individual or Student

R11. Is there an age limit for dependant children?
21 years and under can register with parents under the FAMILY or FAMILY_PLUS category.
R12. What is the maximum number of children that I can register under any categoy?
Maximum 4 children under the age of 21 can be registered under FAMILY PLUS category.
R13. I have a small kid (<= 2 year old). Do I have to register under Family Category or can I register as a COUPLE?
We recommend that you register as a Family as then you get all the regular benifits available to a registrant.
R14. Why do you want me to save the Registration PDF file?
The registration PDF file that is created after a successful registration is your reference document. We hope you will present this print out at the time of check in, so that we can quickly register you when you arrive.
R15. What is conference Registration ID?
This is your registration reference ID. If you contact us regarding your registration before or during the event, we will need this number to look into your records. A typical ID looks like COUP_1001 which signifies that registration category is COUPLE and ID is 1001.
R16. I have lost my Registration PDF file? Can I get it back in any way?

For Conference Registration Confirmation

The registration PDF file or the email confirmation that you have received are proof of your registration. If you have misplaced them or you have not received them for any reasons, you can go to the link below and put your first name,last Name, Zip code and email ID and if it matches with the one in our Database, we will recreate the completed registration form which you can save for your records.

For Hotel Reservation Confirmation

If you know your confirmation ID and want to retrieve the email confirmation the hotel sent you which has all the details of your Hotel Reservation, please click the link below. If you do not know your confirmation number, go to the link above and you can retireve the confirmation number of Hotel also by providing the details mentioned above. Then use that confirmation number in the Hotel site by clicking at the link below.

 

R17. Can I see if my friend has registered ?

R18. How can I cancel my Event registration, if it is necessary? Is there any fee?
Requests for refunds will be entertained till April 30th, 2006. A processing fee of $25 will be charged. No refunds will be provided after April 30th.
